Sharing a new thing

Dear Friends:

I recently visited Saint Mark's Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Central Florida where Christopher Brathwaite is the Rector.   One thing that was done differently is that the psalm was used with a hymn which worked very well for the congregation.

As an example: Psalm 130:  Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications!  Then the first stanza of Just as I am was sung and so the hymn was interspersed throughout the end of the psalm.
